Meet the Head of Planning in Kensington & Chelsea

The Chelsea Society organised a Public Meeting on Monday 11th May 2009 at Chelsea Town Hall commencing at 6.30pm. This was an opportunity for all who work or live in Chelsea to ask David Prout, Executive Director of Planning and Borough Development, questions on the Royal Borough's planning policies, procedures and practice.
